Team Notes

Add a project setting that automatically creates a 'Team' for each view activated.
Then when a view is activated, its 'Team' is made the current team to display all notes for this view.

We may need to review what a 'Team' is. By introducing View notes, it now becomes a general Notes container. We can introduce the term 'Notes List', 'Note Stack' or similar.
